Middlebury

Middlebury is a historic village located on Route 7 North approximately 45 minutes from Killington. To get to Middlebury you take Route 4 West to the junction on Route 7. Go right on Route 7 North. You will need to go through the towns of Pittsford and Brandon to get to Middlebury.

In the town of Pittsford is the Antiques Barn. A flea market is held here weekends in the Summer. There are also several Antique shops, a Dollhouse shop, and a flea market kind of shop. Keith's Sporting Goods is here and they have all kind of sport related stuff.

Brandon is a nice old town full of all the old town stuff. A five and dime kind of store and lots of eateries.

Middlebury is the original home of the Frog Hollow Craft Center. Frog Hollow is a nonprofit gallery featuring over 250 artisans. There is pottery, wood wares, jewelry and glassware. Middlebury College is located here and all kinds of support stores for the student population is located in this quaint town.

Be sure to visit the UVM Morgan Horse Farm while you're there.
