Lake Region

If you take Route 4 to Route 100S you will pass by three lakes. The first is where the Farm and Wilderness Camp is. Then you go pass a boating and fishing access for Timber Lake. Continue on and you will pass Hawk Resort.
There is a lake access for swimming and day use at Plymouth State Park They have a beautiful sandy beach, snack bar, fishing, and boat and canoe rentals.
They also have hiking trails leading to the abandoned town of Five Corners where you can pan for gold.
